We are looking for assistants to work alongside people with learning / intellectual disability to:
- work within social inclusion frameworks
- share an understanding of working alongside people
to empower them - encourage breaking the barriers to inclusion, choice, and work
- be part of our dynamic team and cutting-edge organisation.
With your assistance, members will be able to:
- gain self-determination
- be leaders in their own lives
- lead others in their journey
- succeed in their lives.
